Why did it take you so long to get back into painting?
Too many excuses... I appreciate my skill so much more now and have a sort of sence of "making up for lost time". I do think that the long intermission has caused me to push harder, seek out, soak up, and accept the best instruction and press in to see what I have in me and see what I am made of.
How do you juggle teaching at your church each weekend and being an artist?
What place you would like to visit before you die...why?
I've been to Tanzania, I would love to go back and visit the Sarangeti during migration of the Wildabeast.
What's your dream car...and why?
1964 GTO, it was the first muscle car, my dad had a new one in '64.
What do you love most about Arizona?
I love the wide open spaces, the ever changing colors and the sunset skies.
Your most memorable experience?
Birth of our first born, I was shocked at how much I loved her at first sight and she had done nothing but be born.
What has God been showing you lately that has surprised you?
That He has put more in me than I can ever imagine.

What type of books do you enjoy reading? Why? I love to read novels, kind of wierd but I love Nicolas Sparks, I am a hopeless romantic.

Your most recent purchase? Brushes and paint
Bailing hay for my Grandfather and for neighboring farmers
I would hike the Colorado trail, it takes about six weeks and some support along the way.
